At BRUCE BOLT, we stand behind the quality of our premium batting gloves and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label. A small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, while exchanges are processed free of charge.
Package Your Gear
Place your unused items back in their original packaging and securely seal them in a shipping box or mailer with the return label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
